Name: Dr. Morris Nox
Nickname: Nox.
Age: 54.
Hair: Greyish-black.
Eyes: Blue.
Weight: 155lbs.
Height: 5'10.
Nationality: He is English.
Clothing: He is primarily seen in khakis and sweaters with collared shirts and ties when outside of the lab. When inside, it is primarily lab coats, black dress pants, button up shirts and ties. No matter what, it screams professional, and science.
Occupation: He is the head of the Vampire Research center in London, hand picked by the queen to run the facility.
Personality: Nox is very cut and dry, and constantly referred to as "all business". He cares for the human race, and is very convinced that all vamps are heartless, soulless beings that deserve whatever torture his experiments bring them.
He is a brilliant man, and it constantly goes to his head, making him a very egotistical being. Despite this, he holds those he sees as intelligent in very high regard, which is why Johnathan is treated like family.
Favorites:
Least Favorites:
Are they aware of vampires?: Yes.
If yes, how did they find out about them?: When he was in his mid-teens, his older sister was murdered in her room. The police never caught the culprit, so he decided to delve into it himself. It led to a three year search, but found out that it was in fact her boyfriend that was not exactly human. Ever since then, he has hated vampires, and loathed what they did to he and his family forever.
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
History: Morris Nox was born to a loving, and very close-knit family: it was nurturing, stimulating and probably one of the ideal set-ups of the day. His father, Don Nox, was a professor at Oxford teaching history, his mother Helen Nox stayed at home to watch after he and his older sister Patricia. Nox was the baby of the family by a good three years, but that didn't stop he and Trish from being the best of friends. He wouldn't have traded his family for anything in the world---but when he was sixteen, it was all taken from him.
After his sister's untimely and bloody murder when she was only 19, everything shifted. Helen took to drinking as a way to make the pain go away, Don spent long hours at work and away from home in general, and Morris was ashamed. He had had the room right next to Trish's, and that night he never heard a thing, including any screams his sister might have made.
Partially he blamed himself. Partially he was blamed, by his now alcoholic mother. "You were right there, Morris! How could you not hear her screaming?" Seemed to be the new mantra of the household, and it was simply the beginning.
He knew it had been something other than a human that did that to his beloved Trish. So he threw himself into science and worked hard to discover the truth and unearthed something quite startling: vampires. He worked his way into college and graduated at the top of his class, all the while still trying to desperately bring back what little family he had left.
Unfortunately that never happened. Helen, after a day of drinking got behind the wheel of a car and experienced a fatal crash that involved nobody but herself. Don was devastated, and shut down all communications with everybody.
This convinced Nox quite thoroughly that no matter what happened to himself, all of the blood sucking monsters would pay for what they did. Not only did they massacre his sister, but they destroyed his family.

Strengths:
- Brilliantly intellectual, he can solve almost any mathematical, logical, or scientific conundrum.
- Focused: he's been hating vamps for many years, without even faltering!
- He is highly loyal to what he thinks is a noble cause.
Weaknesses:
- Nox is very stubborn, and its definitely to a fault. He will never admit he's wrong. No matter what.
- He likes feeling in control, and in charge. This actually brings him to fight and challenge the vampire species in ways that are probably not too healthy.
- While he over analyzes some things, he is known to act too harshly or brazenly in others, without thinking about consequences, which definitely ties back to the previous mention.
